Travel benefits children in need in sanatorium-resort treatment 1. Entitled to 50% discount from the cost of travel on intercity transport once a year to the place of treatment and back within the Russian Federation is granted to children up to the age of 18 years who are in need of sanatorium-resort treatment according to the conclusion of the State and municipal health care establishments with vouchers (authorization) in the sanatorium of the Organization in the field, regardless of their form of ownership and living in families whose average per capita income does not exceed the amount of the subsistence level established in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
2. As indicated in paragraph 1 of this article, the privileges apply to one of the parents (his replacement), accompanying the child to the place of treatment and back.
3. Benefits are available for travel on intercity transport-rail (trains and cars of all categories, except for trains, cars with increased comfort), water (category III), automotive (General use), as well as airline (economy class) in the absence of rail service.
Article 2. Funding provided for in this federal law funding provided for in this federal law, is financed from the federal budget.
Article 3. Procedure for granting privileges to travel on intercity transport Order granting benefits to travel on intercity transport persons referred to in article 1 hereof, shall be determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Article 4. The entry into force of this federal law this federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 1999 year.
