RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On State regulation of security Fertility of agricultural land Adopted by the State Duma on 3 July 1998 Approved by the Federation Council on July 9, 1998 10.01.2003 N 15-FZ; of 22.08.2004 N 122-FZ; of 23.07.2008 N 160-FZ; of 30.12.2008 N 309-FZ; dated 30.12.2008. BASIC PROVISIONS Article 1.
