RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments to Federal Law "Federal Budget for 1998" Adopted by the State Duma on June 24, 1998 Approved by the Federation Council on 9 July 1998 Article 1. To amend the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1998" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1998, No. 13, Art. 1464): 1. In article 23, part six, articles 52, 53, 56, 60 and 62, after the words "the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation", add the words "effective at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Law". 2. In the third part of article 24, the words "acting on the date of payment of that interest" shall be replaced by the words "in force at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Law". Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of Official publication. This Federal Act applies to the legal relations that have arisen since the date of the entry into force of the Federal Law Federal budget for 1998 ".
