RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the creation and abolition of some regional courts Adopted by the State Duma on 15 July 1998 Approved by the Federation Council on 17 July 1998 Year Article 1. In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law on the Judicial System of the Russian Federation: 1. Create: Gubkinsky District Court of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District; Kaluga Regional Court of Kemerovo Region; Kaluzhsky District Court of Kaluga Oblast; Krasnobearsky District Court The Volgograd Region, Lomonosov District Court of the Federal City of St. Petersburg: Polarnozorzina District Court of Murmansk region; Shihansky District Court of Saratov Region. 2. Abolishment of Lenin, Moscow and Oktyabrsky district courts in Kaluga. To transfer to the jurisdiction of the Kaluga Oblast Court of Justice matters relating to the administration of justice. 3. To establish that the jurisdiction of the newly established district courts extends to the territory of the same name districts and towns within the boundaries existing at the time of the entry into force of this Federal Law. 4. The Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, within three months, will take measures to staff the Guba district court of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, the Kalansky District Court of the Kemerovo region, the Krasnobodsky district court of Kemerovo region.
