RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments and additions to the Federal Law "On State benefits to citizens with children" Adopted by the State Duma July 1998 approved by the Federation Council on July 17, 1998 (In the federal laws of 30.05.2001 N 66-FZ; of 22.08.2004 N 122-FZArticle 1. Amend the federal law "On State benefits to citizens with children" (Russian Federation Assembly of Laws, 1995, No. 21, art. 1929; 1996, No. 26, art. 3028; 1997, N 1, sect. 3) the following changes and additions: 1. Part Two of Article 3 after the words "shall be determined by the Government of the Russian Federation" shall be supplemented by the words "in a part not defined by this Federal Law". 2. Article 16 should be amended to read: " Article 16. The right to a monthly child allowance The right to a child's monthly allowance is one of the parents (adoptive parents, guardians or custodians) of each born, adopted, adopted, foster care (guardianship) a child up to the age of sixteen (a pupil at a general education institution, but not more than eighteen years of age) in families with a per capita income of less than or less than eighteen years of age 200 per cent of the minimum subsistence level in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Cash for the maintenance of children under tutorship (guardianship).
