The title of the article should read: " Article 235. Additional guarantees for elected trade union workers, members of the labour dispute committee and members of labour council councils. " 2. In Part 5, delete the word "complete". 3. To supplement the article with the new parts of the sixth and seventh parts reading: " The members of the Labour Disputes Commission shall be given a free time while maintaining the average earnings for participation in the work of the commission. Members of the Labour Disputes Commission may not be transferred to another job at the initiative of the administration or subjected to disciplinary action without the prior approval of the labour dispute committee of which they are members. The dismissal of the members of the Labour Disputes Commission at the initiative of the administration (regardless of the grounds), other than the general dismissal procedure, is permitted only with the approval of the Labour Disputes Commission. "; Part eight. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication. Article 3. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation shall bring their regulatory legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law.
