Article 105 of the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1998" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1998, No. 13, Art. 1464) part two: " To make available to educational institutions and State museums financed from the federal budget revenues from the rental (use) of federal property, with the incorporation into the accounts of these institutions and museums in the Federal Treasury and the subsequent use of the educational process and museum activities.
