Financing of veterans ' social protection measures Expenses connected with the realization of rights and benefits established to veterans by this Federal Law are made at the expense of the federal budget and funds of the federal subjects of the Russian Federation THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION The expenses of the federal budget are: rail, air, water or interurban travel; Acquisition (construction) of apartments, houses, garden houses, landscaping, gardable or farming; rent phone charges and user fees; sanatorium and resort treatment; disabled persons War of vehicles and compensation for the costs of transport services instead of receiving a vehicle; providing prosthetic and orthopaedic devices to persons with disabilities. The funds of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are charged with the expenses of: payment of housing to veterans living in the houses of the State housing stock owned by the constituent entities of the Russian Federation; municipal housing stock and in privatized accommodation; payment for utilities, purchase and delivery of fuel to veterans living in homes regardless of the type of housing stock; and water transport of suburban transport, in all types of urban transport of passenger transport (except taxis) and in rural areas (except for taxis) of suburban and interurban traffic; and municipal housing stock; manufacturing and repairing [ [ dental prostheses]] (except for prostheses of precious metals) in public or municipal health care systems at home; medicines; fees Off-site security; compensation for war invaliations for petrol, repair, maintenance of vehicles and spare parts. The Government of the Russian Federation and the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, respectively, approve the procedure for the reimbursement of these costs. The provision of other rights and benefits established by this Federal Law shall be carried out in the manner determined by the Government of the Russian Federation. Additional funds for the social protection of veterans established by this Federal Law may be obtained from any source not prohibited by law.
