RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments and Additions to the Federal Law On non-profit organizations Adopted by the State Duma on 4 November 1998 Approved by the Federation Council on 12 November 1998 Article 1. Amend the Federal Law on Non-Profit Organizations (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1996, N 3, art. 145) these changes and additions: 1. Amend article 1, paragraph 4, to read: " 4. Articles 13 to 19, 21-23, 28-30 of this Federal Act do not apply to religious organizations. ". 2. In article 6: , in paragraph 3, the words "and religious" should be deleted; paragraph 4 should read: " 4. The special features of the legal situation, the creation, reorganization and liquidation of religious organizations, the administration of religious organizations are determined by the federal law on religious associations. ". 3. In the second paragraph of article 14, paragraph 1, the words "or religious" should be deleted. 4. In article 17, paragraphs 1 and 3, the words "or religious" should be deleted. 5. In paragraph 1 of article 29, paragraph 1, the words "and religious" should be deleted. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
