Repealed-19.06.2000 federal law N 82-FZ of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION federal law on raising the minimum wage passed by the State Duma December 20, 1996 year approved by the Federation Council December 25, 1996 year Article 1. Install the minimum wage from January 1, 1997 year amounting to 83 490 rubles per month.
Article 2. The minimum wage is set by article 1 hereof, is introduced: organizations funded from budget resources, at the expense of the respective budgets;
other organizations-at their own expense.
Article 3. Scholarships for students of educational institutions of higher professional education students educational institutions of secondary vocational education and basic vocational training, graduate students studying full-time in graduate school educational institutions of higher professional education and research institutions, as well as the relevant allowances and other social benefits to citizens shall be established on the basis of a specific article 1 the present Federal minimum wage law.
Scholarships to students from the educational institutions of elementary professional education in the State, shall be paid in the amount of not less than 50 per cent of the minimum wage, established in article 1 hereof.
Article 4. Costs associated with payments provided for in article 3 of this federal law, shall be made at the expense of existing sources of funding.
Article 5. Calculation of taxes, fees and other payments, in accordance with the law, depending on the minimum wage, is made on the basis of article 1 of this federal law, the minimum wage.
Article 6. Shall be invalidated by the Federal law "about raising the minimum wage" from April 22, 1996 N 40-FZ (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1996, no. 17, p. 1919).
Article 7. This federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 1997 onwards, with the exception of article 5, which will come into effect from the day of official publication of this federal law.
