(HIV) " adopted by the State Duma on 5 December 1996 Approved by the Federation Council on 25 December 1996 Article 1. Federal Law "On preventing the spread of human immunodeficiency virus disease in the Russian Federation" (HIV infection) " (Russian legislature, 1995, N 14, art. 1212) The following changes: Article 21 should read: " C t I am 21. State lump-sum benefits 1. Workers in enterprises, institutions and organizations of the State and municipal health systems for the diagnosis and treatment of persons living with HIV, as well as persons whose work is related to materials containing the human immunodeficiency virus In the case of human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS), the human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) in the performance of his or her official duties is entitled to State lump-sum benefits. In the case of deaths of workers in these categories from diseases related to HIV infection, members of their families have the right to receive State lump-sum benefits.
2. State lump-sum benefits are set at the following levels: , if workers are identified as human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) in the course of their official duties (without identification) (a) 100 minimum wage levels established by federal law for the day of payment of the benefit; , in the event of the infection of employees of these categories of human immunodeficiency virus in the performance of their duties, of official duties leading to disability: Persons with disabilities I of the group: 250 minimum wage levels established by federal law for the day of the payment of this benefit; disabled II group II-200 minimum wage levels established by federal law on the day of the payment of this allowance; disabled group III of the group-150 minimum wage levels established by federal law for the day of the payment of this benefit; each member of the family of employees categories affected by the performance of their duties The human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV) is the minimum wage established by federal law on the day of the payment of this benefit. The circle of family members entitled to the benefit is determined in accordance with articles 50 and 51 of the RSFSR Act on State Pensions in the RSFSR. 3. The payment of State lump-sum benefits is made at the expense of the federal budget. The procedure for the appointment and payment of these benefits shall be established by the Government of the Russian Federation. 4.
