Taking into account the insufficient personnel and resources of the Supreme Courts of the republics, regional and regional courts, courts of federal cities, courts in the autonomous region and autonomous regions, as well as equivalent military courts, Amendment to article 3 of the Federal Law on Amendments and Additions to the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR and the RSFSR Code of Labour OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (Russian newspaper, 1996, 25 December, N 246), as follows: " Article 3. This Federal Act shall enter into force on 1 January 1997, with the exception of article 15, paragraph 2, of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the RSFSR, as amended by this Federal Act, which shall enter into force on 1 July 1998. The Government of the Russian Federation shall, until 1 July 1998, take the necessary measures for the additional personnel and resources of the courts referred to in article 1 of this Federal Law.
