Expired-the Federal law dated out N 196-FZ RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 96 of the code of CRIMINAL PROCEDURE of the RSFSR on administrative offences adopted by the State Duma on February 12, 1997 year, Article 1. Amend article 96 of the code of CRIMINAL PROCEDURE of the RSFSR on administrative offences (Gazette of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1984, no. 27, art. 909; 1987, no. 47, art. 1616), describing it as follows: "s t a t b I 96. Potrava crops, damage or destruction of stacks field harvested crops, damage plantings of crops, Potrava stacks, defacement or destruction of post-harvest field crops or damage to plantations of agricultural enterprises and organizations irrespective of their organizational-legal forms, peasant (individual) farms, smallholdings, cattle or poultry-shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of citizens from three to ten times the minimum wage and to officials from five to twenty times the minimum wage.
The same acts committed by a person during the year were administratively recover for violation referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, is punishable by a fine in the amount of citizens from five to twenty times the minimum wage and to officials from ten to forty times the minimum wage.
Directions for crops or plantations on the car or a tractor, harvester or a self-propelled machine-shall be punishable by a fine of from three to ten times the minimum wage.
Directions for crops or plantations on animal transport, shall result in a fine of from one to five times the minimum wage. "
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
