Expired-the Federal law dated 14.11.2002 N 137-FZ dated December 30, 2008 the RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to the code of civil procedure of the RSFSR adopted by the State Duma on February 14, 1997 year, Article 1. To amend the code of civil procedure of the RSFSR (Gazette of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1964, no. 24, p. 407; 1980, no. 32, p. 987; 1988, N 5, art. 137; Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 30, art. 1794; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 49, St. 4696) as follows: 1. Supplement article 322, paragraph 4 as follows: "the officers enumerated in article 320 of the present Code, at the request of the Plenipotentiary on human rights in the Russian Federation seeks, within its competence, of the respective courts in civil cases to resolve questions about whether there are grounds to be protests by way of supervision."
2. Add the Code Article 322-1 as follows: "Article 322-1. Acquaintance of the Plenipotentiary on human rights in the Russian Federation from the civil case, the human rights Ombudsman in the Russian Federation shall have the right to acquaint themselves with the civil case in which a decision or determination of his termination came into force.
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
