RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to article 100 of the law of the Russian Federation on State pensions in the Russian Federation "adopted by the State Duma on February 19, 1997 year approved by the Federation Council March 5, 1997 year Article 1. Article 100 of the law of the Russian Federation on State pensions in the Russian Federation (RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, no. 27, art. 351) changes and amendments, stating it as follows: "t s t b I 100. The composition of earnings from which the pension is calculated in earnings for pension calculation includes all types of payments (income) received in connection with the performance of work (duties), provided for under article 89 of the law on which the premiums are accrued to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.
Types of payments which have not accrued insurance premiums to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation.
In earnings for pension calculation along with the payments provided for in the first paragraph of this article shall also include: a) allowance of soldiers and persons, equated to the pension payable for the period of service (art. 90 of the Act);
b) temporary incapacity allowance;
in) scholarship, paid for the training period (article 91 of the Act).
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
The President of the Russian Federation and to entrust the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
