RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments and additions to article 100 of the Russian Federation's Law on State Pensions in the Russian Federation Accepted by the State Duma on 19 February 1997 Approved by the Federation Council on 5 March 1997 Article 1. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, N 27, 351) changes and additions, as follows: " C t I am 100. The number of earnings from which is calculated The earnings for the calculation of the pension include all forms of payment (income) received in connection with the performance of the work (s) provided for under section 89 of the Act, of the Russian Federation. The Government of the Russian Federation determines the types of payments for which no insurance contribution is made to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. The earnings for the calculation of the pension, together with the payments provided for in the first part of this article, shall also include: (a) allowance for troops and persons equated to them in the pension payment For the period of service (art. 90 of the Act); b) a temporary disability allowance; ) a stipend payable for a period of study (art. 91 of the Act). ". Article 2. This Federal Act enters into force since its official publication. " To invite the President of the Russian Federation and instruct the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law.
