OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, 594; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1996, No. 50, article 5610) amended to read: " Article 11-1. Border control fee The border control fee is charged for border clearance. The Government of the Russian Federation sets out the procedure for the collection and the size of the levy for border clearance, as well as the categories of owners of vehicles and goods, other persons released in whole or in part from the payment of the said fee. THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION The charge for border clearance is not levied on individuals, vehicles and cargoes in the Kaliningrad region from the rest of the Russian Federation and from the Kaliningrad region to the rest of the territory. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Article 3. Invite the President of the Russian Federation and instruct the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law.
