Expired-the Federal law dated 07.07.2003 N 109-FZ of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on raising the minimum pension, indexation and recalculation of State pensions in the Russian Federation in the year 1997 the State Duma Adopted September 19, 1997 year approved by the Federation Council September 24, 1997 year, Article 1. Set the minimum old-age pension with a total length of service equivalent to that giving entitlement to a full pension, in the following sizes: from October 1, 1997 year-amounting to 76 533 ruble per month;
with December 1, 1997 year-amounting to 84 186 rubles per month.
Increase all pensions, calculated in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation on State pensions in the Russian Federation ", October 1, 1997 year in 1.1 times and with December 1, 1997 year to 1.21 times based on the size of the pensions paid for September 1997 year.
If you increase the size of pensions in accordance with this article remains the compensation pensions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 2. When pensions or their recalculation after October 1, 1997 year and December 1, 1997 year earnings obtained until October 1, 1997 year and December 1, 1997 year, indexed using the coefficients established for the relevant periods, including the coefficients referred to in article 1 hereof. The sum of earnings obtained respectively after October 1, 1997 year and December 1, 1997 onwards are recorded without the use of coefficients. The amount of the pension (from October 1, 1997 year-1.1 times and with December 1, 1997 year-1.21 times) is not promoted. Pension accrues compensation established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 3. Funding provided for in this federal law, shall be made from the sources through which relevant payments of pensions.
Article 4. This federal law enters in force from October 1, 1997 year.
