Article 363 of the RSFSR Code of Criminal Procedure (Bulletin of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1960, N 40, art. 592; 1970, N 22, Text 442; 1977, N 12, est. 257; 1983, N 32, sect. Representatives of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, 1560; 1993, N 10, sect. 360; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1996, 5881) the following changes: 1. The title of the article should read as follows: "Conditional early release from serving the sentence and replace the unserved part of the sentence with a lighter penalty". 2. Part One and Second, amend to read: "Conditional early release from serving the sentence and the replacement of the unserved part of the sentence with a lighter penalty in the cases provided for in articles 79 and 80 Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, is applied by the judge at the place of serving the sentence by the administration of the institution or body performing military command, and military military unit or agency. The same procedure is also provided for conditional release on parole or commutation of the unserved part of the sentence with a more lenient form of punishment for offenders under 18 years of age, and exceptional cases of persons who have committed crimes between the ages of 18 and 20 (arts. 80, 93 and 96 of the Criminal Code) of the Russian Federation). 3. Part Three, shall be deleted. 4. In Part Four, the word "definitions" should be replaced with the word "regulations" and should be considered part three. Article 2.
