Russian Federation On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Russian Federation "On Pensions for Persons in Military Service, Service " Internal Affairs and Their Families " Adopted by the State Duma on 12 November 1997 Approved by the Federation Council on 3 December 1997 Article 1. To amend the Russian Federation's Act on the provision of pensions for persons who have served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and their families and their families The Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 9 328; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 49, art. 4693) the following changes and additions: 1. In article 45: 1), paragraph "a" should read: " (a) Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation to the Heroes of the Russian Federation and persons awarded the Order of Glory to the award of 50 per cent of the size of Heroes of the Soviet Union pensions, but not less than 100 per cent of the minimum old-age pension provided for in article 46, paragraph 1, of this Act, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. At the same time, persons who were repeatedly awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union, Hero of the Russian Federation or Hero of Socialist Labor, the pension is increased in the order of each received title, respectively; "; 2) that is no use. 2. In paragraph 4 of article 46, the words "paragraphs" (a), (b) and (b) of article 45 should be replaced by the words "article 45". " Article 2. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation shall bring their regulatory legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 3.
