Russian Federation On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Russian Federation "On Pensions for Persons in Military Service, Service " Internal Affairs and Their Families " Adopted by the State Duma on 12 November 1997 Approved by the Federation Council on 3 December 1997 Article 1.
