To amend the Federal Law "On the Federal Budget for 1997" (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 1997, No. 9, Art. (1012) The following changes: 1) Part 3 of Article 1, amend to read: " To cover the shortfall in the federal budget for 1997 from: sources of domestic funding in the amount of 42 950.0 billion The total amount of investment in the region in 2005 was 32.7 billion rubles ($931 million). The amount of public external borrowings of the Russian Federation in 1997 in the amount of $10.9 billion will be set at the level of the Russian Federation's external borrowing limit in 1997.
