To appoint the widow of the deceased member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation B. B. The amount of 1/4 monthly cash compensation of the State Duma deputy is for life. Article 2. Assign to each of the children B. B. The amount of 1/4 monthly cash reward of the State Duma deputy. The timing of the benefit is determined in accordance with the RSFSR Act on State Pensions in the RSFSR. Article 3. To install a monument on the grave B. B. Savitsky. Article 4. The Government of the Russian Federation shall provide medical services to the members of the family B. B. Savitsky. Article 5. The Government of the Russian Federation will provide in 1996 the replacement of a three-room apartment occupied by family B. B. Savitsky in the city of Sosny Borengrad region, on an apartment in the city of Moscow (not less than three rooms). Article 6. The expenses are financed from the federal budget.
