Standardization State standards for energy consuming products include energy efficiency measures in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. In the production, production, processing, transportation, storage and consumption of energy resources, indicators for their efficient use, as well as energy consumption for heating, ventilation, hot water and lighting Buildings, other measures of energy consumption of production processes, are included in the appropriate regulatory and technical documentation. Requirements that are set in the area of energy use by state standards, technical regulations and rules are binding on the entire territory of the Russian Federation. Article 6: Mandatory certification and declaration matches (In the revision of Federal Law from 30.12.2008 N 313-FZ ) The energy consuming products of any destination, as well as energy resources, are subject to mandatory certification of or the declaration of compliance with the established laws of the Russian Federation Requirements. Mandatory certification of or declaration of conformity is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Russian Federation on technical regulation. (In the wording of Federal Law dated 30.12.2008 N 313-FZ ) The compliance of household equipment with the requirements set by government standards for energy consumption is confirmed by the mandatory marking of specified equipment. Article 7. Metrology In the production, production, processing, transportation, storage and consumption of energy resources, obligatory state metrological control and supervision in the field of energy saving are carried out. (In the wording of Federal Law of 30.12.2008) N 313-FZ) Chapter III. THE GOVERNMENT OF ENERGY CONSERVATION GOVERNANCE Article 8. The main principles of management in the field of energy efficiency of the state are implemented through the implementation of federal and interregional programs in the field of energy saving by: promoting the production and use of fuel and energy saving equipment; organizing accounting for and control of energy consumption; efficient use of energy resources; Energy surveys of organizations; the conduct of a State examination of the project documentation for construction; (In the wording of the Federal Law of 18 December 2006).
