Article 2. The minimum wage is set by article 1 hereof, is introduced: organizations funded from budget resources, at the expense of the respective budgets;

Article 3. Scholarships for students of educational institutions of higher professional education students educational institutions of secondary vocational education and basic vocational training, graduate students studying full-time in graduate school educational institutions of higher professional education and research institutions, relevant allowances and other social payments are based on a certain article 1 the present Federal minimum wage law.
Article 4. Costs associated with payments provided for in article 3 of this federal law, shall be made at the expense of existing sources of funding.
Article 5. Calculation of taxes, fees and other payments, in accordance with the law, depending on the minimum wage, is made on the basis of article 1 of this federal law, the minimum wage.
Article 6. Shall be invalidated by the Federal law "about raising the minimum wage" from November 1, 1995, N 159-FZ (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 45, art. 4235).
Article 7. This federal law shall enter into force on April 1, 1996 onwards, with the exception of article 5, which will come into effect from the day of official publication of this federal law.
