Russian Federation's law on status of Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation and full cavaliers of the Order of Glory OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 247) the following changes and additions: 1. In article 4: last sentence of paragraph 1, amend to read: " These benefits, regardless of the date of death (death) of the Heroes or the full cavalier of the Order of Glory, shall be granted to surviving spouses and children under the age of 18; and "; the last sentence of paragraph 4 should read:" These benefits, regardless of the date of death (death) of the Heroes and the full cavalier of the Order of Glory, shall be granted to surviving spouses and shall be retained for specified persons. ". 2. In article 5, paragraph 1: , after the word "housing", add "(including payment for maintenance and operation of housing)"; last sentence of the paragraph, amend to read: " Specific benefits Regardless of the date of death (death) of the Heroes and the full cavalier of the Order of Glory, is granted to the surviving spouses and parents of the Heroes and the full cavalier of the Order of Glory, and are retained by those persons. ". Article 2. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION A true federal law. Article 3. This law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
