Does not entail administrative liability of the use of radio-electronic means or high-frequency devices intended for individual reception of radio and television programmes, as well as the use of consumer electronics products that do not contain radio emitting devices.
Article 138. Violation of the rules of registration, design, construction, installation, use of radio-electronic means or high-frequency devices breaking the rules of registration, design, construction, installation of radio-electronic means or high-frequency devices-involves either a warning or a fine ranging from twenty to seventy times the minimum wage.

Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
