RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the budget of the State Employment Fund Population of the Russian Federation for 1994 Adopted by the State Duma on 23 December 1994 Article 1. To approve the budget of the State Employment Fund of the Russian Federation for 1994 on income in the amount of 3,103.5 billion rubles. The total cost of the project is 108 million rubles ($1.5 million). -Ruble. Article 2. To establish that the budget revenues of the State Employment Fund of the Russian Federation for 1994 are generated from the following sources: (in Russian) the closing balance on 1 January 1994: 279, 5 Insurance contributions of employers 2551, 1 Other income 272, 9 Article 3. To implement in 1994 the budget of the State Employment Fund of the Russian Federation for the following purposes: (billion) Vocational training and social adaptation 397.7 included: Professional training 285.7 Social adaptation of 112.0 Public Works and Job Support 1128.6 of which: Create and save jobs 890.1 compensation and salary subsidies 202.5 public works and temporary employment 36.0 Programme of material support for the unemployed 798.5 including: benefits and material aid 7005 98.0 Information support for employment programs 140.0 Maintenance of the state employment service 344.7 Insurance reserve for emergency situations on the labor market 294.0 Article 4. To establish for 1994 the regulation of the allocation of funds to the federal part of the State Employment Fund of the Russian Federation in the amount of 20 per cent of the employers ' compulsory insurance contributions. Centered federal funds are allocated to finance federal and interregional employment programmes and to support regions with difficult labour market conditions.
