Article 163-1 of the Russian Labor Code (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, 1971, N 50, Art. 1007; Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 41, Art. 2254), as follows: Part One of Article 163-1 should be amended to read: " One of the working parents (guardian, tutor) to care for disabled children and persons with disabilities from childhood until they reach the age of 18 years There are four additional paid rest days per month, which may be used by one of these persons or are divided between them at their own discretion. Payment for each additional day off shall be made in the amount of daily wage from the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation. ". Article 2.
