Expired-the Federal law dated 07.07.2003 N 109-FZ of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on raising the minimum pension, indexation and recalculation of State pensions in the Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma April 12, 1995 year approved by the Federation Council April 13, 1995 year Article 1. Install with the year May 1, 1995 the minimum pension for old age with a total length of service equivalent to that giving entitlement to a full pension, amounting to 43739 rubles per month. Increase all pensions, calculated in accordance with the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR", 1.27 times, based on the size of the pensions paid for April 1995 onwards.
With the increase of pensions in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article remains in the amount of compensation 39360 roubles per month, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 2. When pensions or their recalculation after May 1, 1995 year earnings received before May 1, 1995 year, indexed using the coefficients established for the relevant periods, including the coefficient provided for in article 1 hereof; earnings received after May 1, 1995 onwards are recorded without the use of coefficients. Pension while in 1.27 times is not increased, it is accrued compensation established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 3. Expenditure in connection with the increase of the minimum old-age pensions and indexation of pensions is produced from sources that the relevant pensions payments.
Article 4. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
