Approved by the Federation Council on 13 April 1995 Article 1. The minimum amount of the old age pension with the total length of employment equal to the amount required for the full pension in the amount of 4,3739 roubles per month, effective 1 May 1995. Increase all pensions calculated in accordance with the Russian RSFSR Act on State Pensions in the RSFSRby 1.27 times based on pensions paid for the month of April 1995. A compensatory payment of 3,360 roubles per month, established in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, is retained in the increase of the pension under part one of this article.
Article 2. In the assignment or recalculation of pensions after 1 May 1995, the earnings received prior to 1 May 1995 shall be indexed by application of the factors established for the relevant periods, including the coefficient, The amount of earnings received after 1 May 1995 is taken into account without the use of coefficies. The amount of the pension is not increased 1.27 times, and it is awarded a compensation payment established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Article 3. The financing of the increase in the minimum old-age pension and the indexation of pensions shall be made from the sources for which pensions are paid. Article 4.
