Supplement the Code of Article 77-2 to read as follows: Article 77-2. Organization or participation in the illegal armed formations Organization of armed associations, units, militias and other armed groups not covered by federal law, as well as participation in such armed formations Formations- are punishable by deprivation of liberty for up to eight years with or without confiscation of property. Intentional acts committed as part of illegal armed groups, if they involve mass violence or other serious consequences,- shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of five to five years. Twelve years with or without confiscation of property. Intentional acts committed as part of illegal armed groups, if caused by death,- shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of eight to fifteen years with confiscation of property or by the death penalty, c Confiscation of property. P and m e h and e. A person who voluntarily released from an illegal armed group and surrendered a weapon to the authorities is exempt from criminal liability. In this case, the person shall be liable only for acts containing a different crime. ". 2.
