To amend the code of civil procedure of the RSFSR (Gazette of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1964, no. 24, p. 407; 1968, N 7, art. 252; 1980, no. 32, St. 987; 1984, N 18, art. 592; 1985, N 5, art. 163; 1986, N 14, art. 413; 1987, N 9, art. 250; 1988, N 5, art. 137; Statements of the RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1991, no. 15, St. 494; Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 27, art. 1560; 1993, N 22, art. 787) as follows: 1. In the second part of article 65 and the second part of article 70, the words "up to 10 rubles" were replaced by the words "up to one hundred times the minimum statutory wage.
2. In the second part of article 111 and the second part of article 149 of the words "up to 30 rubles" were replaced by the words "up to fifty times the minimum statutory wage.
3. In the second part of article 152, the words "up to 30 rubles" were replaced by the words "up to ten times the minimum statutory wage.
4. In the third part of article 134, paragraph 3 of article 157, the first part of article 158 article 159 article 160, part two, article 344, the first part of Article 394, the words "up to 30 rubles" were replaced by the words "up to one hundred times the minimum statutory wage.
5. In the fourth part of article 406 of the words "up to 500 rubles" were replaced by the words "up to 200 times the minimum statutory wage.
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
