Article 1. The legislation of the Russian Federation on state support for small entrepreneurship 1. The size, order and conditions of compensation are established by the agreement between the credit institution and the appropriate small business support fund. Article 12. Small Business Actors 1. Mutual credit associations of small businesses are created to accumulate temporary cash funds of participants of these societies in order to provide them with financial assistance. 2. Productive and technological support for the small business entities 1. Article 19. Union (Associations) of Small Entrepreneurship 1.
