Expired-the Federal law dated 07.07.2003 N 109-FZ of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on raising the minimum pension, indexation and recalculation of State pensions in the Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma May 26, 1995 year approved by the Federation Council June 15, 1995 year Article 1. Install from June 1, 1995 onwards the minimum old-age pension with a total length of service equivalent to that giving entitlement to a full pension, amounting to 52486 rubles per month. Increase all pensions, calculated in accordance with the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR", 1.2 times based on the size of the pensions paid for May 1995 year.
With the increase of pensions according to the first part of this article is saved, compensation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 2. When pensions or their recalculation after June 1, 1995 year earnings received before June 1, 1995 year, indexed using the coefficients established for the relevant periods, including the coefficient provided for in article 1 hereof; earnings received after June 1, 1995 onwards are recorded without the use of coefficients. Pension while in 1.2 times is not increased, it is accrued compensation established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 3. Expenditure in connection with the increase in the minimum size and indexation of pensions is financed from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, contractual obligations of the Government of the Russian Federation on debt compensation under article 46 of the Federal law on the federal budget for the year 1995 "in the form of cash grants, as well as by monetary emission in view of the actual performance of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and the federal budget for the year 1995.
Article 4. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
