Expired-the Federal law dated out N 196-FZ RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to the code of CRIMINAL PROCEDURE of the RSFSR on administrative offences adopted by the State Duma on June 9, 1995 year, Article 1. To amend the code of CRIMINAL PROCEDURE of the RSFSR on administrative offences (Gazette of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1984, no. 27, p. 909; 1988, no. 31, p. 1005) change, outlining the article 166-1 worded as follows: "article 166-1. Violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation on assemblies, meetings, demonstrations, processions and picketing Hindering the organization or conduct of meetings, rallies, demonstrations, marches, picket or other public event conducted in accordance with the law, or participate in them, as well as coercion to participate in them, has a warning or a fine of up to five times the minimum wage, or punitive deduction of earnings for up to two months with up to 20 per cent of salary deduction.
Violation of the procedure of organizing and holding assemblies, meetings, demonstrations, processions, pickets or other public events, as well as participation in the absence of evidence of a crime, has a warning or a fine up to five times the minimum wage, or punitive deduction of earnings for up to two months while holding to 20 percent earnings. "
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
