OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 300; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 3, article The following changes and additions: 1. Part one, after the words "propaganda of war", should be supplemented with the words "as well as for the dissemination of propaganda of pornography, the cult of violence and cruelty"; 2. Part Two, as follows: " It is prohibited to use in the body-, video, film programs, documentals and feature films, as well as in information computer files and information processing programs, belonging to special media, hidden inserts in the subconscious of people and (or) having harmful effects on their health.
