RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to article 4 of the law of the Russian Federation "on mass media" adopted by the State Duma on June 16, 1995 year, Article 1. To amend article 4 of the law of the Russian Federation "on mass media" (Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 7, p. 300; collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 3, art. 169) the following changes and additions: 1. Part one, after the words "propaganda for war" add the words ", as well as for distribution gear, pornography, cult of violence and cruelty";
2. Part II shall be amended as follows: "it is prohibited to use tele-, video-, kinoprogrammah, documentary and feature films, as well as in computer information files and programs information processing texts relating to special media hidden inserts, influencing the subconscious of people and (or) harmful to their health."
Article 2. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its legal acts in compliance with this federal law.
Article 3. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
