Set the minimum old-age pension at the total length of service required for full pension, in the following amounts: from 1 November 1995, in the amount of 57,750 roubles per month; from 1 December 1995-in The total amount of the contract amounts to 1,007 rubles ($11,012). In the case of an increase in the amount of the pension, in accordance with this article, the compensation payable in respect of the pension established by the law of the Russian Federation shall be maintained. Article 2. In the assignment or recalculation of pensions after 1 November 1995, the earnings received by 1 November 1995 shall be indexed by application of the factors established for the relevant periods, including the coefficient, as provided for in article 1 of this Federal Act. The amounts earned after 1 November 1995, 1 December 1995 and 1 January 1996, respectively, are not applied. The amount of the pension (from 1 November 1995, 1,05 times, from 1 December 1995 to 1.1 times and 1.15 times since 1 January 1996) is not increased, and the pension is paid by the law of the Russian Federation. Article 3. The financing of the expenses provided for in this Federal Act shall be made from the sources to which the pensions are paid. Article 4.
