The Russian Federation On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Russian Federation On Rehabilitation of Victims of Political Repressions " 8 October 1995 Article 1. To amend the Law of the Russian Federation on the rehabilitation of victims of political repressions (Vedomas of the Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1991, N 44, sect. 1428 Statements of Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 28, Art. 1624; 1993, N 1, sect. 21; Russian newspaper, 1993, 15 October, N 193) as follows: 1. Supplement the Law with Article 1-1 as follows: " Article 1-1. Children who were travelling with their parents in places of deprivation of liberty, exile, exile and special settlements were recognized as political repressions and rehabilitation. " From Part 1 of Article 2-1 of the Act, delete the words "children who have been together with their parents in places of deprivation of liberty, exile, exile, and special settlements;". Article 2.
