RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to legislation of the Russian Federation on compensation for harm caused to employers for workers injury, occupational disease or other impairment of health, associated with the performance of their employment duties adopted by the State Duma July 21, 1995 year approved by the Federation Council of the year November 15, 1995 (text as amended by the federal laws of 24.07.98 N 125-FZ;
from 30.06.2006 N 90-FZ), Article 1. (Repealed-federal law N 24.07.98 125-FZ), Article 2. (Repealed-Federal Act of 30.06.2006 N 90-FZ), Article 3. In connection with the rise in the cost of living in 1993-1994 years amount of compensation subject to indexing: from February 1, 1993 year-2.5 times; from April 1, 1993 Goda-1.9 times; from July 1, 1993 Goda-1.81 times; with December 1, 1993 Goda-1.9 times; from July 1, 1994 year-1.4 times.
In subsequent indexing amounts of compensation shall be carried out at enterprises, institutions and organizations irrespective of their organizational-legal forms in the established size and time frame in which recalculates the minimum wage.
Article 4. Previously designated amount of reparation shall be recalculated in accordance with the amendments and additions adopted by this federal law, if the recalculation of the victim's financial situation improves. The recalculation is made after the entry into force of this federal law.
Article 5. Take it as null and void the Decree of the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation dated June 10, 1993 N 5149-I "on the procedure for the application of the second part of article 11 of the rules of compensation by employers to employees for injury suffered injury, occupational disease or other impairment of health, associated with the performance of their duties" (records of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, no. 25, p. 916).
Article 6. The President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its legal acts in compliance with this federal law.
Article 7. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
