RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments to the Russian Federation's Law "On customs tariffs" Adopted by the State Duma on 18 October 1995 Approved by the Federation Council on 15 November 1995 Article 1. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Federation, 1993, N 23, sect. 821; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1995, No. 32, art. 3204) add the following: " (l) periodicals and book products related to education, science and culture, imported by the media and publishing houses, OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Information agencies, broadcasters, polygraphic enterprises and organizations and their products for the production of mass media and books related to education, science and culture. The benefits provided for in this paragraph do not apply to printed and erotic publications of the advertising and erotic nature and to the media of advertising and erotic nature. ". Article 2. Invite the President of the Russian Federation and instruct the Government of the Russian Federation to bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law. Article 3. This Federal Act shall enter into force on 1 January 1996 and shall be effective until 31 December 1998 and shall cease to have effect from 1 January 1999.
