RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments to Article 110 of the RSFSR Law "On State Pensions in the RSFSR" Adopted by the State Duma on 10 November 1995 Approved by the Federation Council on 28 November 1995 Article 1. Article 110 of the RSFSR Law on State Pensions of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, N 27, art. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 11, sect. 531; 1993, N 5, sect. 157; Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 1994, No. 7, art. 684; N 15, st. 1680; 1995, No. 19, sect. 1711), to make the following changes: 1) the paragraph "a" should read: "(a) Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, Heroes of Socialist Labour and citizens awarded the Order of Glory of the Three degrees," 50 per cent, but not less than 100 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (art. 17, para. 1, of the Act). "; 2)," B " shall be declared invalid. Article 2. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
