To amend the code of CRIMINAL PROCEDURE of the RSFSR on administrative offences (Gazette of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1984, no. 27, art. 910; Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, no. 34, art. 1970) change, outlining the article 144 the following wording: "s t a t b I 144. Violation of the rules for the beautification of cities and other human settlements a violation of rules of landscaping in cities and other human settlements, as well as non-compliance with rules on cleanliness and order in cities and other human settlements-involves either a warning or the imposition of a fine on nationals of from one to three times the minimum wage and imposing a fine on officials-from five to ten times the minimum wage.
The same actions (inaction) committed by a person who has been subjected to in the course of the year the administrative recovery for one of the breaches referred to in the first paragraph of this article, is punishable by a fine in the amount of citizens from three to five times the minimum wage and to officials from ten to twenty times the minimum wage. "
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
