RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Housing, Material Support and Medical Maintenance of Family B. N. Shvetsova Adopted by the State Duma on 24 November 1995 Article 1. To appoint one member of the family of the deceased member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. N. Svetsov is a two-time minimum old-age pension per month. The circle of family members entitled to the benefit is defined in article 50 of the RSFSR Act on State Pensions in the RSFSR. Article 2. The Government of the Russian Federation shall ensure in 1995 the provision of a one-room apartment for mother B. N. Svetsova in the town of Saransk. Article 3. The Government of the Russian Federation shall provide medical services to the members of the family B. N. Shvetsov. Article 4. The expenses are financed from the federal budget. Article 5.
