In accordance with article 44, paragraph 3, of the Subsoil Law of the Russian Federation, the following rates of royalties are established Mineral resource base as a percentage of the value of the first commodity produced and realized from the de facto mineral resources: 1. Oil, gas and condensate 10.0 2. Coal 5.0 3. Thorf 3.0 4. Radioactive raw material 3.0 5. Iron and chrome ores 3.7 6. Color and rare metals 8.2 7. Noble metals, 7.8 8. Diamonds, pieopoco, high-pure quartz and pure-color raw material 3.5 9. Apatic and phosphate 3.1 10. Saline salts 1.7 11. Other minerals, including underground water 5.0 Article 2. This Federal Law comes into force on 1 January 1996. The Government of the Russian Federation shall, within three months, bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law.
