Expired-the Federal law dated 08.08.2001 N 126-FZ RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on the rates of royalties for the reproduction of mineral-raw-material base of the State Duma Adopted December 8, 1995 year approved by the Federation Council December 19, 1995 year Article 1. In accordance with part 3 of article 44 of the law of the Russian Federation "on the bowels" set the following rates of royalties for the reproduction of mineral-raw-material base as a percentage of the value of the first marketable product, obtained and implemented from actually extracted minerals: 1. 4. Radioactive raw 3.0 5. Iron and chromium ore 3.7 6. Non-ferrous and rare metals 8.2 7. Precious metals 7.8 8. Diamonds, p'ezoopticheskoe, high-pure quartz and precious raw materials 3.5 9. Apatity and phosphorites 3.1 10. Potassium salts 1.7 11. Other minerals, including groundwater 5.0 Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 1996 year.
The Government of the Russian Federation within three months to bring its normative acts in compliance with this federal law.
