To appoint one member of the family of the deceased member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation A. J. Aizdersis is a two-fold minimum old-age pension per month. The family circle and the timing of the payment are defined in relation to articles 50 and 51 of the RSFSR Act on State Pensions in the RSFSR. Similar conditions for payment of the benefit are extended to the former spouse of the deceased. Article 2. Funding of these benefits shall be financed from the federal budget. Article 3.
