RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the RSFSR "On State Pensions in the RSFSR" Adopted by the State Duma on 15 July 1994 Approved by the Federation Council on 26 July 1994 Article 1. To amend the RSFSR Law on State Pensions in the RSFSR (Vedomas of the Congress of People's Deputies of the RSFSR and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, N 27, sect. 351; 1991, N 17, sect. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 531; 1993, N 5, sect. 157) the following changes and additions: 1. Article 21 should read as follows: " Article 21. Pension supplement The following allowances shall be established for retirement: care for a pensioner if he is a disabled person of the group I or is in need of outside care (assistance, supervision) at the conclusion of the treatment facility, or has reached the age of 80; In the case of disabled persons (arts. 50 to 53 of the Act), if they themselves do not receive any pension. The non-working dependants ' allowance is payable to non-working pensioners. The amount of the allowance for a pensioner if he is a disabled person in group I or has reached the age of 80 is equal to the amount of the social pension referred to in article 114 (a) of the Act. The size of the allowance for a pensioner if he has not reached the age of 80 and requires constant care (assistance, supervision) for the conclusion of the treatment facility, as well as the allowance for each pensioner's dependent pensioner is equal to The social pension referred to in article 114 (b) of the Act. The size of the disabled dependant's allowance is equal to the amount of the social pension referred to in section 114 of the Act. ". 2. Article 70 should read as follows: " Article 70. Pension supplement The pensions are as follows: for the care of a pensioner on the terms and in the amount provided for in article 21 of the Act; children with disabilities and disabled children, I and II, who have lost both parents, and to the children of a single mother who has died, in the amount of the social pension provided for in article 114 (a) of the Act. ". 3. Article 110 to add "to" the following: " to persons with disabilities from childhood as a result of injury, concussion or injury caused by the fighting during the Great Patriotic War or with their consequences, receiving a pension on the basis of old age, invalidity or survivor, 100 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (art. 17, para. 1). ". 4. Article 133: After "previously installed", add "but not less than the minimum old-age pension established by this Law."; to supplement the second reading: "The same pension shall be payable after the entry into force of this Law on the terms and conditions of the previous legislation.".
