Government of the Russian Federation The Russian Finance Ministry will issue a total of 518.35 billion rubles of debt to Russia. The State Pension Fund of the Russian Federation will reimburse the State Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the payment of State pensions and benefits from the federal budget through the issuance of State securities with repayment in 1994.
