In fact, federal law expired from relevant N 177-FZ dated December 30, 2008 the RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL Act amending and supplementing the code of criminal procedure of the RSFSR adopted by the State Duma on July 20, 1994 year, Article 1. in section 5, the words "articles 147-162, 1-1, 162-2 part 2, 162-3" were replaced by the words "77, 78-78-2, 79, 147-162, 1-1, 162-2 part 2, 162-3, 162-6 parts two and three, 162-7, 162-169, 8-1, 213-213, 3-4".
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the expiry of 10 days after the day of its official publication.
