Expired-the Federal law dated 13.06.96 g. N 64-FZ (January 1, 1997 onwards), the Russian Federation, the FEDERAL law on amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of the RSFSR adopted by the State Duma on October 28, 1994 year, Article 1. To the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (Gazette of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1960, no. 40, p. 591; 1971, no. 25, p. 507; 1982, no. 49, St. 1821; 1987, no. 36, art. 1295; Statements of the RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1992, no. 47, art. 2664) the following amendments and supplements: 1. In the title and text of article 115-2 words "disease AIDS" should be replaced by the word "HIV".
2. Supplement article 128-1 to read as follows: "article 128-1. Disclosure of medical confidentiality disclosure of medical secrecy, the person to whom that information became known in connection with the performance of their official or professional duties, shall be punishable by punitive deduction of earnings for up to two years, or a fine not exceeding fifty times the minimum wage, or deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities for a period of one to three years.
The same actions, if the victim suffered substantial material or moral damage or other serious consequences occurred, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for up to two years or by corrective labour for the same term with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of one to five years. "
3. Article 222 shall be reworded as follows: "article 222. Violation of the rules established in order to combat the spread of infectious diseases and poisoning people violation of sanitary-epidemiological rules if it led to a massive spread of infectious diseases, with the exception of HIV-infection, or mass poisoning people or threatened occurrence the same consequences, shall be punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding fifty times the minimum wage, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of one to three years.
The same acts, if they result in death or infecting HIV-infection, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term from two to seven years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of one to five years.
The same acts, if they result in death or infection of HIV-infected persons, shall be punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of five to twelve years, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a period of one to five years. "
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
