W a c o n RUSSIAN FEDERATION on amendments and additions to the law of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR", article 1. Amend the Act of the RSFSR "on State pensions in the RSFSR" (records of the RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1990, no. 27, art. 351; Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 11, art. 531) the following amendments and supplements: 1. Article 83 of the law, after the word "approved" shall be amended as follows: "the Government of the Russian Federation on agreement with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation."
2. Article 110 of the law shall be amended as follows: "article 110. Increase of pensions pension calculated in accordance with this law, increases: a) the heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation citizens, awarded order of Glory of three degrees, at 50 percent, but not less than 100 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (part 1 of article 17 of the law);
b) Heroes of Socialist Labor-on 25 per cent, but not less than 50 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (part 1 of article 17 of the law);
in) citizens, awarded the order of labour glory of three degrees or order "for service to the homeland in the armed forces of USSR" three degrees, at 15 per cent;
g) participants of the great patriotic war, including persons hired composition, Jung, sons (pupils) regiments, on 100 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (part 1 of article 17 of the law);
d) citizens-former minor prisoners of concentration camps, ghettos and other places of coercive detention established by the Nazis and their allies during the second world war, the 100 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (part 1 of article 17 of the law);
e) citizens, not less than six months on military service during the period from June 22, 1941 year on September 3, 1945 year (except those indicated in paragraph "d" of this article), 50 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (part 1 of article 17 of the law);
f) nationals (other than those referred to in paragraph "e" of this article) who have served at least six months during the great patriotic war (June 22, 1941 year on May 9, 1945), excluding working hours in areas temporarily occupied by the enemy, or awarded with orders and medals of the USSR for self-denying work and impeccable military service in rear within Great Patriotic war, 50 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (part 1 of article 17 of the law);
w) citizens awarded Medal "for the defense of Leningrad" or an "Inhabitant blocking Leningrad" (except those indicated in paragraph "e" "f" of this article), 50 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (part 1 of article 17 of the law);
and) citizens unjustly repressed on political grounds and subsequently rehabilitated, at 50 per cent of the minimum old-age pension (part 1 of article 17 of the law). "
3. Article 115 of law supplement part 2 to read as follows: "article 38 of this law shall be applied in the part charging care allowances to pensions, assigned to group I have been disabled since childhood, children with disabilities.
4. Article 122 of the law part first, after the words "not less than" and the second, after the words "at least" should read: "20 percent of pensions (persons with disabilities, injuries due to military veterans of the great patriotic war, including persons hired composition, Jung, sons (pupils) regiments, and the citizens groundlessly repressed on political grounds and subsequently rehabilitated, not less than 25 per cent.
Article 2. To enact this law since January 1, 1993 year.
