Overtaken by Federal Law dated 02.11.2004 N 127-FZ A to the Russian Federation "On State duty" Article 1. OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Federation, 1992, N 11 st. 521; 1992, N 34, sect. 1976) the following changes and additions: 1. Paragraphs 6 to 10 of article 2 should read as follows: "from applications for acquisition or termination of Russian citizenship in order of registration; " OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION foreign nationals and stateless persons, as well as for changes in the these documents and the issuance of duplicate documents (duplicates) to replace lost or damaged; for the registration and extension of the registration of foreign passports or equivalent documents; for registration (propiska) at the place of residence; ". Paragraph 10 of the paragraph is considered to be the eleventh paragraph. 2. Subparagraphs (a) to (5) of article 3, paragraph 5, should read: " (a) for the extradition of a foreign passport to a national of the Russian Federation or an extension of its validity-twice the size of the minimum monthly pay; b) for issuing an identity card (passport) of a citizen of the Russian Federation to travel outside of the Russian Federation or an extension of the term of the liner-50 per cent of the statutory size The minimum monthly wage; in) for extradition to a foreign national and a person without citizenship, permanent residence in the Russian Federation, visa (certificate) for leaving the Russian Federation or extending the validity of a visa (certificate)-50 per cent of the statutory minimum monthly payment (g) For issuing and renewing a foreign national and stateless person temporarily staying in the Russian Federation, visas to a foreign passport or a substitute document for: Departure from the Russian Federation; Russian Federation and the subsequent entry into the Russian Federation 50 % of the statutory minimum monthly wage; repeated border crossing of the Russian Federation-a single statutory minimum monthly wage; d) for extradition A citizen of the Russian Federation, a foreign national and a stateless person of the instrument of invitation to the Russian Federation of persons from other States-20 per cent of the statutory minimum monthly wage for each invitee; e) for making any changes (except for an extension In the period of validity) in the previously issued document for departure from the Russian Federation and entry into its territory-10 per cent of the statutory minimum wage; g) for issuing or renewing a residence permit Foreign national and stateless person-20 per cent of the statutory minimum wage; (s) for registering or extending the period of validity of the registration of a foreign passport or a replacement document- 10 per cent of the statutory minimum monthly wage; and) for the extradition of the lost or damaged passports, inserts, visas, and documents on the invitation to the Russian Federation, the residence permit, in the amounts specified in subparagraphs (a) to (d) and (f), respectively, of this paragraph; (c) Applications for the acquisition of citizenship of the Russian Federation, restoration of citizenship of the Russian Federation and withdrawal from Russian citizenship, in the order in which they are registered, on the determination of citizenship-10 per cent The statutory minimum monthly wage; Russian Federation citizenship, citizenship of the Russian Federation, withdrawal of citizenship of the Russian Federation-20% of the minimum monthly wage; m) for registration (propiska) at the place of residence-1 per cent of the statutory minimum monthly wage.
